CONDITIONS
ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Your receipt will be emailed to you, and will include tracking information and details related to your order.
PURCHASE PROCESS
Once the sales representative of ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC confirms the products to be shipped with the buyer, we will proceed to schedule the shipment within the next 2 business days. Delivery times to the final destination will depend on each shipping carrier. Once ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC has the shipping details available, it will send the buyer complete information for them to track the package. Unless otherwise specified. ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that for international shipments, the buyer must assume the costs of taxes and transportation for their purchase. ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC is not responsible for the payment of these taxes.
RETURNS
Merchandise purchased from ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC may be returned within 8 days of delivery if accompanied by the original receipt and is in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing gerencia@almasartesanas.com. ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC will not be responsible for costs associated with return shipping. The actual cost of shipping the item will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Claims made after 5 days of delivery will be subject to the respective supplier's warranty policies.
WARRANTY
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Statute, and in general with current national legislation, ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC guarantees the quality, suitability, and functionality of the products it offers directly through its various physical and virtual channels. All in accordance with the provisions of this policy and current regulations.
Warranty Period
ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC recognizes the following warranty periods: Soft fibers: 6 months; black ceramics: 6 months; hard fibers: 12 months; for products sold to the CUSTOMER. The established warranty period begins to apply from the date of delivery of the product purchased by the CUSTOMER at a company point of sale or through its web portal.
Almas Artesanas will cover through warranties:
- Manufacturing defects or failures during the construction process. It does not cover (i) damages resulting from customer neglect or misuse, (ii) wear and tear of parts, in accordance with the manufacturer's technical specifications and the user manual.
- For jewelry products, welding defects in any section of the piece during normal use.
- For jewelry products, defects in closure systems, during normal use of the piece.
- Purchases made through promotional showcases, fairs and events, online store, and institutional sales channels, provided that the product has been used correctly and still has a quality issue.
For the warranty to be applicable, it is essential that the recommendations related to the proper use of the products, their due care, and in general all specifications, as shown in the annexes (product care sheets), are taken into account and fully complied with.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranties referred to in this document do not cover defects arising from:
- Normal product deterioration,
- Improper use, nor damage caused by failure to follow product care or maintenance instructions.
- Product alteration by the customer.
- The design of textile products has an artisanal process that results in unique and irregular finishes for each item within the same category.
- The warranty also does not cover requests made after the warranty coverage period has expired.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be refunded, deducting interbank fees for payment reversal.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to additional costs that the buyer must inquire about by contacting via email at gerencia@almasartesanas.com writing in the SUBJECT: Order cancellation #....
ALMAS ARTESANAS S.A.S BIC reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notice.
USER WARRANTIES
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to do so.
